My son has been following your programme in preparation for the Royal Navy recruitment tests. Maths had always been his weak area and in April this year, he failed the test due to his maths being slightly below par. He has followed the conquermaths programme for 4 months and has during that time, realised that he can actually do maths!...

As a homeschooling parent this site has really taken the pressure off regarding maths. This morning my son asked if he could spend the whole day on the lessons! I wish you did a course for every GCSE subject.

I am pleased to say that I will not need to renew my subscription! My son who has always struggled in maths acheived a C in both the domestic intermediate and International higher GCSE which for him was a big achievement. He found Conquer Maths very helpful and well explained. Whether he would have acheieved this without Conquer Maths...

How ConquerMaths Works

ConquerMaths method of studying maths is different to the method you will have used and you will find you are far better able to help your child if you have a go at it yourself before they do.

Even if you feel that your own ability in maths is not up to helping your son or daughter there will be no problem, because the course is complete in itself.  No external help is needed.

You will have provided the means to better maths learning, so you let them get on with it whilst encouraging when required and congratulating them on their personal progress!

1. View the Tutorial

Each of the 480 ConquerMaths tutorials last around 5-10 minutes and presents the concepts of the lesson using step-by-step synchronised audio and animation which harnesses both Audio and Visual learning styles simultaneously. ConquerMaths lessons can be studied at home or at school and even on some newer mobile phones. Obviously no one can force a young person to study maths, but what we have done here is to provide materials that are interesting and stimulating in themselves, and which will encourage the student, once started, to continue studying.

2. One Page Summaries

A printable one page summary of each tutorial provides the student with concise and complete notes, ideal as a reminder for homework, revision and review.

3. Completing the Worksheet

Following each lesson is an optional printable worksheet which tests the understanding of key concepts. Answers are entered into ConquerMaths automated marking system which then adds the results to each individual students ongoing progress report. This brings in a third learning style; Kinaesthetic - which is the process of actually doing the maths yourself.

4. View Worked Solutions

After answers have been submitted, printable fully worked solutions become available showing every step which should be taken to reach the correct answer, just as it should be done in an exam.

5. Marking and Reports

Ongoing progress reports are built for each individual, aiding parents & students in identifying weaker areas requiring further study.

Every lesson a student attempts is logged and the results stored along with statistical information detailing when they passed what they scored and how much work they put in to pass that lesson. Parents can instantly see the areas where their children may need additional help.
