How long would it take for me to gain access to the materials and tutorial if I pay by cheque? I would like to start immediately.
As soon as the Cheque has been cleared with our Bank the details are then processed, your account will be created and the username and password details forwarded to you in our welcome email.
What happens when I subscribe and make my first payment?
All your financial information is held by WorldPay, a secure payment processing system, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. When you subscribe, you set up a separate account with them and must cancel this agreement with them when you have finished your studies.
You pay them and they pay us, four weeks later.
You will receive two emails.
The first will be from WorldPay with your access login to your account. Keep this handy for when you want to cancel your subscription.
The second email is from ConquerMaths and will give you the user name and password you need to access the entire program. You will be able to access them as soon as you login with these details.

I can't log in... my Username and Password are correct and I don't know what to do!
If you "copy and paste" your password, be careful not to copy a space onto the end of either your user name or password or your login will fail. This is very easily done.
If you are typing them in directly, please ensure that you have read '0' (zero) and '1' (one) as numbers and not the letters O and I, which look extremely alike! Also similar are 'g' for Golf and 'q' for Quebec. Take care.
If you still can't login, you can request your passwords by visiting http://www.conquermaths.com/members/member.php

Do you have a programme in the same format that goes up to and beyond A-level as well as other secondary school subjects e.g. English, Geography, Science, IT etc? It would be great if you do and I would definitely be interested.
At present we only focus on Maths at secondary level. However, we are planning to release an Advanced and Higher Level Maths program in 2010/11.

I am from Australia/ New Zealand, but i cant find them on your subscribers list?
This is because our company does not distribute the program in either Australia or New Zealand.
The good news is that we have a sister company based in Australia, www.mathematics.com.au who would be happy to take your order and we can forward them your details so they can contact you directly.

Is there any difference in the content between the on line course and the CD ROM version?
The online version can be used on any Internet connected computer at any time by simply entering your user name and password, whereas the CD-ROM edition is designed for home use or where there is no internet access and is downloaded on to one machine only.
There is no difference between the two in terms of content. ConquerMaths provide you with full access to the entire 480 lessons, worksheets and topic tests and are delivered by the same friendly teacher.

The minimum term for your membership is one month and you are free to cancel anytime you like. (If you are unhappy for whatever reason, you may cancel and receive a refund if you do so in the first two weeks of your subscription). If you choose to
subscribe and then cancel your FuturePay agreement, this will not affect any time remaining on your account but will ensure that you are not billed again when your membership is due for renewal.

I tried to add my two children but encountered problems. Do they have to have their own e-mail address to be a member?
No, they don't need their own email account.
Your children would be able to use the site as long as they could retrieve their passwords and usernames from your email account. They would need these to get logged in to ConquerMaths.

ConquerMaths seems to have had great results - why is it so much better than any other home study aid?
Placing control of the speed of the lesson into the student's own hands allows each person to learn at their own pace.
CM ensures that the student fully understands the basics before moving onto a new topic. The student must revise all the key elements from previous years to ensure that they have fully understood before starting the new course. It is important that the student understands this necessity.

Can ConquerMaths be used in schools?
Yes, there is the ConquerMaths Schools Edition for use by schools. Please call 0191 240 1990 for full information.
Will every student definitely improve?
From our experience with thousands of students over a period of 9 years, we know that we can help almost every student. Providing that the student follows the CM instructions, and undertakes to complete 3 x 25 minute lessons every week, including the tutorials and worksheets, they will improve their understanding of maths and start to achieve higher marks.
