ConquerMaths on iPad & iPhone & new Android devices
We are currently working on an HTML5 verion of ConquerMaths that will work on iOS and new Android devices natively without the need for a plugin. HTML5 login is now open - you can access all lessons as well as worksheets and tests from the secondary course. Primary assessments are currently being converted and will be available soon.
Running Flash on your iPad
In the meantime, you can use ConquerMaths on iPads and iPhones by installing Rover which is free available from the iTunes App Store - to find out more, please visit the Rover iTunes page.
Alternatively, some users have reported that Puffin Browser works more effectively... please visit Puffin Browser at the iTunes store for more details.
Rover and Puffin are produced by third parties and whilst we have tested functionality and found them to work quite well, we are unable to offer detailed technical support.
ConquerMaths on new Android Devices
Many new Android devices do not come pre-installed with Flash player. It is possible to install Flash on these devices (we have done it ourselves) however this is not a supported service and ConquerMaths cannot be held responsible for anything that might go wrong with your device as a result.
If you would like to install Flash on your device, please view this handy 5 step guide for more information.
Where to start in ConquerMaths
Diagnostic Tests - free access
When you first start using ConquerMaths, you might not be sure where you need to start your study. There are a number of facilities provided to help you. For Primary and Key Stage 3 students, the Diagnostic Tests at the beginning of each topic will help to point out specific gaps in knowledge and suggest which lessons need to be taken in order to correct any issues.
Accelerated Learning - view
For Key Stage 3 and 4 students and students moving from Primary to Secondary education, a number of learning plans are provided. These provide accelerated learning paths through the ConquerMaths lessons as well as a number of learning paths that guide students through the National Curriculum National Strategy for Maths.
Grade Boosters - view
Grade Boosters specifically for students taking their GCSE's advise which lessons students need to take in order to improve their grade. If, for example, you have been predicted a grade D, the ConquerMaths grade boosters suggest specifically which lessons you should take in order to improve your predicted grade to a C.
